What time is checkout/check in?
Check in is from 3pm onwards. We will let you know the check-in process the day before your arrival.
Check out is 10am on the day of your departure.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, WiFi is available and you will find the code in your information pack on arrival.
There is a Smart Tv in the lodge.
Is there a supermarket locally?
There is a small shop on Felmoor park where you can get basic items.
In Felton you will find a Co op and Morrisons Daily. For a bigger shop, there are larger supermarkets in Amble and Morpeth.
What is available on site?
Felmoor Park is a 40 acre park which hosts several deluxe holiday lodges. It is a welcoming park and a great base for your Northumberland stay. There is a bar, restaurant and games room on site.
Do I need to bring linen and bedding?
Linen and bedding are all provided for you. Beds will be made for your arrival and each guest will be provided with a bath sheet and hand towel. Guests may wish to bring their own robes for the hot tub and slip resistant flip flops or pool shoes.
Are infant travel cots and highchairs available?
Yes, we have a travel cot and highchair that are available on request. Please let us know when you book what you will require.
Are pets welcome?
Yes - well behaved dogs are very welcome at Forest View!
There's plenty of space inside and outside for them to stretch out and the private deck and hot tub area are enclosed making it a safe environment for your pets.
We just ask that dogs are supervised during your stay particularly on the deck and are not permitted to be on the furniture and beds.
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes - Aldernook use Stripe for booking payments which accepts a wide range of payment methods.
